『Ken left his bag on the train, and the staff found it under a seat.』ならKenが置き忘れたのは電車、職員が見つけたのは座席の下という別の位置情報です。さらに『It is now at the station office.』が続けば現在の保管場所は駅事務室となります。英語の長文では、三つの場所を混同せず区別してください。

WhoseとWhoは異なります。Whoseは所有者、Whoは人物そのものを尋ねます。『Who found the bag?』は発見者、『Whose bag is it?』は持ち主の質問です。英文全体の疑問詞を見てから答えましょう。
