agree withとagree toは絶対に交換できないのか
意見・方針への賛成にはagree with a proposal/policyも英語として成立します。ただし、提案や依頼を正式に受諾したことを明確にする場合はagree to a proposalが適切です。したがって機械的にagree with＋proposalをすべて誤文とせず、問題が「考えに賛成」か「受諾」かを読んで判断してください。
