本文のsign upが選択肢ではregisterに、costs nothingがfreeに、stayed the sameがremained unchangedに変わるような「言い換え(paraphrase)」を見抜く必要があります。

At Riverside School, the library will host a small science display next Thursday. Each student received gloves, but they had to bring their own water bottle. The team divided the work: half of the group collected litter along the river, and the others sorted recyclable materials at a nearby center. A sudden shower began at 10:15. However, the group continued for another thirty minutes before returning to the park shelter. Nobody was asked to work in unsafe areas. After lunch, participants wrote short reports. They described one problem they noticed and one change they wanted the community to make. The reports will be shared with local residents next month, not posted on social media.

Class 2B asked sixty students how they travel to school. Thirty students arrive by train, eighteen by bicycle, and twelve walk. No one in the survey came by car. Most of the train users leave home earlier than 7:30, but fewer than half of the bicycle users do so. One student pointed out that the results might be different in winter, when the days are shorter and the weather is colder. The class decided not to call the results “the habits of all students” because only one grade took part. They will repeat the survey in February and ask the same questions. Some students suggested adding a question about travel time. The teacher agreed but said that students’ names should not be collected. The class will present the results as a bar chart and explain what the numbers cannot show.

単純に100個暗記するより、まず本記事のsign up/register、receive/be given、free/cost nothing、remain/stay the sameなどを、文の中で使えることを目指します。

特にall・always・never・onlyなどに注意してください。
