英検1級リスニングのメモの取り方・先読み｜Part1〜4独自32題と全解答【2026年】

結論：英検1級リスニングのメモは、放送内容を書き写すのではなく、正答を決める情報だけ短く残すために使います。Part1は最後の意思決定、Part2は主題・転換・結論、Part3 Real-Lifeは受験者の必須条件・例外、Part4はインタビューを受ける人の最終的な立場と留保が重要です。書くことで音声を聞き逃す人は、メモなしで解く方が適する場合もあります。慶英会ではPart1〜4を横断した独自32場面と、短いメモの例・全解答・14日間の学習手順を用意しました。

英検協会の公開情報によると、1級リスニングはPart1会話10問、Part2説明文10問、Part3 Real-Life5問、Part4インタビュー2問の計27問で、すべて1回放送です。出題形式は英検1級公式試験内容で、公式音源は英検協会の1級過去問・音源で確認してください。以下は音声のない慶英会オリジナル短縮台本で、本試験の4択や放送の長さを再現したものではありません。文字で解けてもリスニングの実力が証明されるわけではありません。

メモが上達の妨げになる5つのケース

• 聞いた文を長く書く：書いている間に次の情報が流れ、後半の訂正・反論を聞き逃す。
• 最初の案だけ残す：予定が変更されたのにold案を消せない。最後の意思決定を更新する。
• 数字だけ記録する：Fridayや9:00が集合・締切・出発・到着のどれかを記録しないと使えない。
• 話し手を混同する：インタビュアーの質問に含まれる意見と、ゲストの答えを区別できない。
• そもそも音が分からない：台本なら意味が分かるが音声で分からない場合、メモ量より音声知覚の問題を直す。

Part別の最小限メモ｜書かない選択も含めて使い分け

• Part1：old → new、A× / B○。結局どうするかに注目。短い会話ならメモなしでもよい。
• Part2：テーマ→発見→but/limit→therefore。細部の単語をすべて保存しない。
• Part3：必須条件を2〜3個、満たさない候補に×。同じ時刻でも出発か到着かを区別。
• Part4：interviewer? / guest opinion / caveat。ゲスト本人の立場と条件付きの結論を保持。

これらの略号は慶英会独自の学習方法であり、英検協会が指定する記号ではありません。メモが邪魔になる場合は使わなくてもかまいません。

独自32場面の使い方｜問題編と全解答

以下の英文を一度だけ聞き、設問に答える練習にできます。家族による読み上げや端末の音声読み上げを使うことも可能ですが、機械音声・家庭での読み上げは英検本番とは異なります。最終的には公式の未使用音源で、メモが役立つか実測してください。問題編では答えを見ずに解き、解答編で『最低限どんな情報を残せばよかったか』を照合します。

答えが合っていても、メモの長さで失点する場合

解答が正しくても、スクリプトをほとんど書き写していた場合は、本試験の長い放送で同じ方法を続けられるか不明です。Part1は意思変更の前後、Part2は結論を支える制約、Part3は候補の除外条件、Part4はゲストの立場だけをまず残してみてください。短く書いても誤答が増えるなら、その場面ではメモなしの方がよいこともあります。

先読みの判断｜すべての選択肢を全文訳しない

先読みの目的は、選択肢の違いを予測し、音声を聞く際に重要な人・条件・時刻を把握することです。一つの選択肢を丁寧に日本語訳する作業へ時間を使いすぎると、次の音声の始まりを聞き逃す危険があります。Part3 Real-LifeはSituationと受験者に必要な条件を優先します。他のPartでも読める範囲の共通点と違いを見る程度に留め、英語の放送を聞くことを犠牲にしないでください。

公式音源でメモあり・なしを比較する

• まず未使用の公式音源を通常速度で1回聞き、普段どおりのメモ方法で解く。
• 別の未使用問題でメモを最小限にし、正答・聞き逃した語・条件の混同を記録する。
• 同じ問題を二度解いた得点でメモの効果を比較しない。内容を覚えてしまうため。
• 台本を見れば理解できるのか、見ても意味が分からないのかを確認し、語彙・構文の課題を分ける。
• Partごとに役立つ方法が違うなら、Part1はメモなし、Part3だけ条件メモなど柔軟に使う。

14日間の学習計画

• 1〜2日目：公式過去問の初見リスニングでPart別の誤答原因を分類する。
• 3〜4日目：独自Part1の8場面で最終決定・訂正に関するメモを簡潔にする。
• 5〜6日目：Part2の8場面で主題・逆接・結論の三点に絞る。
• 7日目：未使用の公式音源で実際に改善したか確認する。
• 8〜9日目：Part3の8場面で必須条件と除外条件を短くまとめる。
• 10〜11日目：Part4の8場面で質問者とゲストの立場を区別する。
• 12〜13日目：メモあり・なしを別の公式音源で試し、間違いの種類を比較する。
• 14日目：続けるべき方法を選び、優先的に復習するPartを決める。

私立中高一貫校の中学生が1級を目指す場合

英検1級は大学上級程度の試験で、一般的な中1・中2の全員に今すぐ適した教材ではありません。NEW TREASUREなどの学校教材や準1級の音声・英文理解に課題がある場合、1級のメモ技術だけ学んでも根本原因は直りません。学校の定期考査・宿題・他教科の負担を確認し、必要なレベルの英語を先に固めてください。

よくある質問

Q. 英検1級では全パートでメモを取るべきですか？

必須ではありません。メモによって音声を聞き逃すなら逆効果です。Part別に最小限の記録とメモなしを試し、初見の音源で比較してください。

Q. 日本語や矢印だけのメモでも構いませんか？

記憶の補助として意味を思い出せるなら、短い日本語・英語・記号を混ぜる方法が使えます。ただし試験当日は受験票・問題冊子・音声の公式指示に従ってください。

Q. 先読みで選択肢の全文を和訳すべきですか？

全文訳が原因で音声を聞き逃してしまうなら、共通の話題と選択肢の違い、条件や数字の役割だけを把握する方がよいでしょう。最も大切なのは放送を正しく聞くことです。

Q. この32問を解けたら英検1級のリスニングは合格圏ですか？
