基本的な言い方はPlease follow your teacher’s instructions.(先生の指示に従ってください)、Wait until the teacher says it is safe to move.(先生が安全に移動できると告げるまで待つ)、The location has changed, but the time is the same.(会場は変更、時刻は同じ)などです。

Practice Announcement — Fictional School Earthquake Drill. Tomorrow at 10:15 a.m., our school will practice what to do during an earthquake. This is a planned drill, not a real emergency. When the drill signal sounds, students in classrooms should protect themselves under strong desks and follow their teachers’ instructions. Do not rush outside while the shaking is being simulated. After the teachers say that it is safe to move, each class will follow its designated route to the meeting area. Class 2A is scheduled to gather near the south side of the school field. Teachers will check attendance after the class arrives. The drill is expected to last about twenty minutes, but the schedule may change if safety requires it. Students who need assistance should tell their teacher before the drill. In a real earthquake, follow the school’s actual emergency procedures and the instructions of responsible staff.

Fictional School Event Update — Heavy Rain. On Thursday morning, the school planned an outdoor science exhibition for Friday at 3:00 p.m. However, heavy rain is now expected, and the teachers have decided to move the event to the gym. The exhibition will still start at 3:00 p.m., but visitors should enter through the gym’s east entrance by 2:50 p.m. Students must not use the field for this event. The indoor art display in Room 205 will begin at 1:30 p.m. as originally planned. The revised notice was posted on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. and replaces the old poster. The school has not announced any change to Saturday’s activities. This event notice is not a real weather warning.

Fictional Emergency Contact Drill Record. During a school communication drill, four class representatives were asked to confirm that their families had received a test message. By 11:00 a.m., three representatives had reported receiving the message, while one had not yet replied. The teacher did not say that the fourth family had failed to receive it, because no reply is not proof of non-delivery. The teacher checked the school’s authorized communication system again at 11:15. The class representatives were reminded not to post private contact details in a public chat. At noon, the teacher told the class that all four representatives had finally confirmed the test message. This was a practice communication test, not an announcement about a real disaster. In an actual emergency, use the official school communication channels and do not rely on rumors.

Fictional School Drill Planning Notes. A teacher is preparing a safety drill with twenty-eight students in Class 2B. Two students have asked for help with moving to the meeting area, and one student is expected to arrive late because of a medical appointment. The teacher will check individual arrangements privately before the drill. The class will not publish students’ personal circumstances or names in the public announcement. The practice assembly area is the school hall, not the playground. The teacher plans to explain the route at 8:45 a.m. and start the drill at 9:00 a.m. Students should not choose their own routes during the practice without permission. The teacher will give updated instructions if an area becomes unavailable. These are fictional planning notes, not a universal evacuation procedure. Real emergencies require responses that fit the current situation and the instructions of responsible authorities.

This is an update about our fictional school event. The science exhibition has moved from the field to the gym because heavy rain is expected. The starting time is still 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Please check the latest school notice before attending.

①drill(訓練)をreal emergency(実災害)と取り違える。
