`Should…?`なら賛否、`Why…?`なら理由、`How…?`なら方法、`Which…?`なら比較・選択、`What evidence…?`なら証拠、`What if…?`なら条件への対応が中心です。

Examiner:Do you think increased registrations prove that a public program is effective?
Candidate:Not necessarily. Registrations indicate interest, but we also need to know whether people successfully use the service.
Examiner:Why might the two measures differ?
Candidate:Some people may register repeatedly, while others cannot complete the required process. Registration totals can therefore be higher than the number of people who benefit.
Examiner:How would you test your argument?
Candidate:I would compare unique users, completion rates, and the experiences of those facing access barriers.
Examiner:What would change your view?
Candidate:If reliable evidence showed that registration totals consistently reflected successful use in this setting, I would place greater weight on them.

Examiner:Should schools ban all use of AI tools for homework?
Candidate:No. I would restrict them when tasks assess independent skills, but allow supervised use for explanation and practice.
Examiner:What evidence supports this distinction?
Candidate:The relevant evidence would be whether students can solve unfamiliar problems without assistance after guided practice. I would not rely only on how often they use the tools.
Examiner:How could teachers prevent inappropriate use?
Candidate:They could make task rules explicit, assess some work without tools, and ask students to explain their reasoning.
Examiner:What if some students cannot access the approved tools?
Candidate:Schools should provide equivalent resources for tasks requiring AI, or adjust the assignment so family spending is not a condition for participation.

- What evidence→

How and why would you…
