- ① 前提を見つける:everyone / always / proved / guaranteed / only two choicesなどの強い表現を確認する。
I would not assume that … / Not necessarily. / I would first check …
例:`Why is every digital service unfair?` → `I would not say that every digital service is unfair. Some online-only procedures may exclude residents who need assistance, so I would evaluate accessibility and completion rates.`

I would not assume that everyone opposes it. Some residents may be concerned about opening hours or accessibility, while others may welcome the changes. I would examine both views before drawing a conclusion.
I would question the word always. Online lessons may help students with travel barriers, but learning also depends on accessible materials, feedback, and independent practice.
I would not say that all companies behave in the same way. The government should examine particular risks and enforce clear standards proportionately rather than punish firms without evidence.
Cities have different populations, routes, and access needs, so identical rules may not be appropriate. Common safety standards can still coexist with local adjustments.
The premise is too strong. Technology can create privacy or access problems as well as benefits. Schools should evaluate each use and maintain suitable alternatives.
Attendance does not by itself prove learning gains. I would support further expansion only if students demonstrated improved understanding on suitable assessments and the costs were manageable.
I would first ask whether public trust was actually measured. A rise in website visits does not establish trust, and other changes could have influenced residents’ opinions.
The observed relationship may depend on building design and weather as well as tree cover. I would test the measure in different settings before recommending universal adoption.
I would not assume that a course can guarantee employment. Training may improve relevant skills, but job opportunities and applicants’ circumstances also affect the outcome.
More downloads show activity, not necessarily understanding. I would examine whether readers could interpret the sources and identify limitations in the records.
I would not treat those goals as mutually exclusive. Better-designed lighting could improve visibility while limiting unwanted light. The city should evaluate both outcomes.
Those are not the only options. Schools could limit AI use in independent assessments while teaching supervised use and verification in suitable lessons.
A mixed approach is more realistic. Digital tools can handle routine tasks, while staff can provide assistance for residents facing access barriers.
Both can matter. Employers can use automation for repetitive tasks while offering retraining and reviewing working conditions. Productivity growth alone does not guarantee good jobs.
The two priorities are not necessarily alternatives. Research may inform healthcare, and funding decisions should consider urgent needs and evidence of benefit across programs.
I would first confirm whether permanent expansion was approved. If officials have only authorized a trial, the immediate priority is evaluating service reliability, access, and operating costs.
A proposal is not the same as implementation. I would ask which safeguards are actually in operation before judging whether they protect sensitive records.
I would check the decision’s scope. Rejecting one proposal or postponing an expansion does not necessarily mean ending all research. Scientists should respond to the reasons given.
I would avoid assuming permanent funding without confirmation. Lecturers should first establish the license conditions, quality checks, and available support for revisions.
I would not assume that a universal requirement exists. If the policy is a voluntary grant, the relevant questions are access, maintenance, and measured benefits.
I do not have verified data for that percentage. I would examine completed service use among different residents rather than invent a number.
I cannot identify a verified study supporting such a universal claim. Evidence from one setting would also need careful assessment before being applied elsewhere.
I would first check who was surveyed and what the responses actually measured. Satisfaction among remaining volunteers may not represent those who left.
I cannot give a reliable exact figure without a sound forecast. I would discuss the skills involved, demand for workers, and the conditions affecting recruitment.
Savings would differ among households, and I do not have verified amounts. The evaluation should consider who uses the service, what fees are avoided, and any new costs.
Questioning a proposal can be responsible when it examines evidence and practical effects. I would judge the criticism by its reasoning rather than assume disagreement is irresponsible.
Repair can be valuable, but safety, accessibility, and long-term costs matter. If an old building cannot meet essential standards, replacement may be more responsible.
Some residents may have accessibility or connectivity reasons for using paper. I would not reduce those needs to an attitude toward technology.
Popularity is relevant but not conclusive. A policy can still create unequal access or excessive costs, so fair evaluation requires more than counting supporters.
Critics may support environmental goals while questioning costs or implementation. I would address those concerns on their merits rather than assume opponents reject the goal.
Examiner:Why do all residents dislike online public services?
Candidate:I would not assume that all residents dislike them. Online services can be convenient, but some people face connectivity or accessibility barriers.
Examiner:Then do you favor closing physical service counters?
Candidate:Not entirely. I would keep targeted assistance where residents still need help completing essential procedures.
Examiner:Can you prove exactly how many people need that support?
Candidate:I do not have a verified number. I would examine unsuccessful applications, waiting times, and feedback from people who cannot use the online channel.
Examiner:Wouldn’t two systems always be wasteful?
Candidate:They may increase some costs, but we should compare those costs with the consequences of excluding people. A limited alternative may be more effective than keeping every existing office unchanged.
Examiner:Shouldn’t schools either embrace AI completely or prohibit it altogether?
Candidate:I do not think those are the only choices. AI can be used under supervision for certain practice tasks while independent assessment remains protected.
Examiner:But isn’t using AI always dishonest?
Candidate:Not necessarily. Dishonesty depends partly on the rules and the task. Using a permitted tool to compare explanations is different from presenting generated work as unaided work.
Examiner:What data prove that your method guarantees higher grades?
Candidate:I cannot claim that it guarantees higher grades. I would test whether students can evaluate unfamiliar information and complete independent tasks after guided lessons.
Examiner:Why not introduce it to every classroom immediately?
Candidate:A limited trial would help identify access problems and teacher workload before wider adoption. That is more responsible than promising universal benefits without evidence.
