山梨大学教育学部附属中学校の令和7年度使用・採択教科用図書一覧では、英語の検定教科書として東京書籍『NEW HORIZON』の1〜3学年が掲載されています。これは2025年度採択資料であり、2026年度の本人の副教材・授業進度・英検の受検級を確定するものではありません。学校配布教材・最新の指示を優先してください。
日本英語検定協会の3級公式試験内容では、二次試験は面接約5分、30語程度のパッセージ音読、No.1〜No.5の質問5つと説明されています。公式過去問・二次試験サンプルには実際のカードとバーチャル試験があります。
本記事の4つの場面は、文字で状況を説明する慶英会の自主教材です。文字の場面説明は本物のイラストを見る練習の代わりにはなりません。英語表現の練習後、必ず英検協会の公式カードで、図に描かれた人物の動作・物の状況を答える練習もしてください。

質問が聞き取れなかった場合、自然な流れで一度聞き返すことは可能です。英検協会は、不自然な聞き返しや繰り返しを減点対象とし得ることを説明しています。分からないまま黙り込むより、質問を集中して聞いてから短く回答してください。
慶英会オリジナル4カード20問・全模範回答
各カードは約30語の英文、本文質問1問、二つの場面の描写・状況質問、本人の意見・日常質問の合計5問です。本文は全て慶英会が作成した独自文で、学校の教科書本文・英検の過去問・公式イラストの転載ではありません。模範回答と異なる英文でも、質問に正しく答えていれば別解が可能です。
カード1｜Reading Club（問1〜5）
オリジナル英文（40語）：Some students enjoy reading books after school. The library has started a reading club on Wednesdays. Members choose a short story and tell their friends about their favorite part. They can also ask the librarian for help with difficult words.

カード2｜Reusable Bottles（問6〜10）
オリジナル英文（41語）：Many schools ask students to bring reusable water bottles. This helps reduce plastic waste. Some students also make posters that remind their classmates to refill bottles before sports practice. Small actions can help keep the school clean and protect the environment.

カード3｜Museum Volunteers（問11〜15）
オリジナル英文（41語）：Local museums sometimes invite junior high school students to help visitors. The students learn facts about old buildings and practice explaining them clearly. Some visitors come from other countries, so students may use simple English to give directions and answer questions.

カード4｜Science Club Plants（問16〜20）
オリジナル英文（42語）：Students in a science club grow small plants in their classroom. They put the plants near different windows and record how much sunlight each plant receives. After several weeks, they compare the results and discuss why the plants may have grown differently.

毎日10〜15分で構いません。学校の提出課題や定期試験前はそちらを優先してください。模範回答を丸暗記するのではなく、主語や状況が変わっても自分の言葉で答えられることを目標にします。

Q. 英検3級の面接は何分で何問ですか？
公式案内では面接約5分、30語程度の音読、No.1〜5の質問5つです。
Q. No.2とNo.3は何が違いますか？
No.2は人物の行動描写、No.3はイラストに描かれた状況などへの質問です。公式のイラスト付きサンプルで練習してください。
Q. この20問は英検の公式問題ですか？
いいえ。慶英会が作成した独自英文・独自質問です。公式過去問やイラストを複製していません。
Q. NEW HORIZONの音読練習で面接も十分ですか？
音読は役に立ちますが、イラスト描写と受験者自身への質問は別に練習が必要です。
