A school opened its library early in the morning so students could read before class. Some pupils used the quiet room to review homework. However, staff members found it difficult to prepare books when the building opened earlier. The school invited student volunteers to organize shelves and tested the arrangement for a month. The library became more popular, but teachers decided to check whether the extra workload remained manageable.

A school opened its library earlier to provide a quiet study space. Student volunteers helped manage the shelves, but staff workload remained a concern as more pupils began using it.

A community center organized weekend cooking classes for teenagers. Organizers originally expected participants to learn how to prepare inexpensive meals. Students enjoyed cooking, but they also discovered that working in teams made the lessons more interesting. After hearing students talk about leftover food, the center added activities that showed how to use unused ingredients. Although the program needed volunteers and donated equipment, it helped young people think about waste and cooperation in their daily lives.

模範要約(28語):A community center taught teenagers affordable cooking and ways to reduce food waste. Working together became another benefit, although the program still depended on volunteers and donated equipment.

A town introduced shared bicycles near its train station to make short trips easier. Many residents used them to visit shops and parks without driving a car. Some businesses welcomed the program because people stayed in the neighborhood longer. However, several bicycles were left in unsuitable locations, creating problems for pedestrians. Local officials established clearer parking spaces and asked users to follow new rules. They plan to evaluate the service before adding more stations.

模範要約(30語):A town introduced shared bicycles for convenient local trips and shopping. Parking problems affected pedestrians, so officials established designated spaces and will assess the service before deciding whether to expand.

A school began providing important notices in several languages for families who had recently moved to the area. Parents said it became easier to understand deadlines and school events. Teachers also used diagrams and simpler language when explaining procedures. Translating every message was time consuming, particularly when information changed quickly. To improve the system, staff decided to translate urgent announcements first and prepare common explanations ahead of time. They hoped families would receive essential information more reliably.

模範要約(29語):A school provided multilingual notices and clearer explanations to help families understand important information. Because translation required considerable time, staff prioritized urgent messages and prepared standard explanations in advance.

A museum organized science experiments where visitors could learn about light and sound by trying simple activities. Families enjoyed the exhibition and children asked many questions about everyday objects. However, the busiest experiments attracted long lines on weekends. Some visitors therefore had too little time to explore the equipment. The museum introduced reservations for popular activities and designed shorter experiments for people with limited time. Staff also collected feedback to improve future exhibitions.

模範要約(29語):A museum used hands on experiments to encourage learning, but weekend crowds reduced access. It introduced reservations and shorter activities while gathering feedback to make future exhibitions more enjoyable.

Students from several schools formed an online study group to share notes and discuss difficult questions. They enjoyed being able to meet without traveling. At first, participants brought up many topics without planning ahead, so conversations were often confusing. The group then introduced a short agenda for each meeting and agreed to study independently before asking questions. They also ended meetings at a fixed time. Members reported that these changes helped them focus on the most important problems.

模範要約(28語):Students created an online study group for convenience, but unplanned discussions became confusing. Using agendas, preparing questions individually and limiting meeting times helped them focus on important problems.

Residents of an apartment complex created a shared garden on unused land. They wanted to grow vegetables and provide children with a chance to observe nature. The project also helped neighbors get to know one another. Maintaining the garden was harder than expected because residents needed to pay for water and find people to care for plants during holidays. They therefore developed a shared schedule and asked local businesses to donate basic tools. Organizers now check costs each season.

模範要約(29語):Apartment residents created a shared garden to grow food and connect with neighbors. Water costs and holiday maintenance were challenging, so they arranged shared duties and requested donated tools.

Students in an English class produced short videos recommending their favorite books. Their teacher hoped that explaining stories would help students organize opinions and speak clearly. The first videos were often too long, making it difficult for viewers to understand the main idea. Students were asked to focus on one interesting point and include a brief example. They also agreed not to show long copyrighted passages from the books. Later videos were shorter, and classmates found the recommendations easier to follow.

模範要約(29語):Students made book recommendation videos to practice expressing opinions, but early versions were too long. They focused on one example and avoided copying lengthy passages, making their messages clearer.

Should schools offer more opportunities for students to volunteer in their communities?
模範解答(55語):Yes, I think schools should offer more volunteer opportunities. First, students can learn how people in their neighborhoods live and what support they need. For example, helping at a local event can teach students to listen carefully to others. Second, volunteering can help students practice teamwork and responsibility. However, activities should remain safe and voluntary.

Are digital textbooks better than printed books for students?
模範解答(56語):I do not think digital textbooks are always better than printed books. First, printed pages can be easier for some students to review without distractions from other applications. Second, paper books do not depend on battery power or an Internet connection. However, digital textbooks can provide audio and search functions, so schools should consider both options.

Should towns build more bicycle lanes near schools?
模範解答(54語):Yes, I think towns should consider building more bicycle lanes near schools. First, separate lanes may make it easier for cyclists and drivers to understand where they should travel. Second, students may feel more comfortable using bicycles for short trips. However, local governments must also consider pedestrians, road space and the cost of maintenance.

Do students benefit from learning how to cook at school?
模範解答(53語):Yes, I believe cooking lessons can be useful for students. First, students can learn how to prepare simple meals and make better choices about ingredients. Second, cooking with classmates encourages cooperation and planning. For example, each group member can take responsibility for one task. Schools should also teach safety and food allergies carefully.

Should public libraries remain open later in the evening?
模範解答(55語):I think some public libraries should stay open later. First, people who attend school or work during the day may need a quiet place to study afterward. Second, longer opening hours could make library services available to more residents. However, local governments need to consider staffing costs and whether enough people would use the service.

Should schools encourage students to discuss environmental issues?
模範解答(54語):Yes, I think discussing environmental issues at school is valuable. First, students can learn how everyday choices affect the natural world. Second, discussions help students listen to different opinions and support their ideas with evidence. For example, a class could compare ways to reduce waste. Teachers should encourage careful research instead of simple slogans.

Is learning with friends always better than studying alone?
模範解答(52語):I do not think learning with friends is always better than studying alone. First, individual study can help students concentrate on topics that they personally find difficult. Second, working alone allows students to check whether they can solve problems without help. However, discussing answers with friends can be useful after individual practice.

Should museums offer more online exhibitions?
模範解答(53語):Yes, I think museums should develop more online exhibitions. First, people who live far away could learn about collections without traveling. Second, students might use online materials to prepare questions before visiting a museum. However, online images cannot always show the size or texture of real objects, so in person exhibitions remain important.

Should local communities encourage teenagers to volunteer?
Yes. Volunteering can help teenagers learn about the needs of people around them. It may also teach them to cooperate with people of different ages.

Printed books can help some people concentrate without digital notifications. However, electronic books are convenient for travel, so I think both formats have useful roles depending on the situation.
