結論｜according to・based on・in my opinion・reported by
- according to＋名詞：According to the report, …（報告によれば）。どの資料・誰の発言かを示す。
- be based on＋名詞：The plan is based on the survey.（計画は調査に基づく）。判断の土台。
- in my opinion：In my opinion, the idea is useful.（私の意見では）。主観的な評価。
- be reported by＋人・組織：The result was reported by the office.（事務室によって報告された）。報告の行為者。
- 注意：according to meよりin my opinionが自然。調査に基づくことだけで因果や全員の賛成まで証明したわけではない。

初見Read｜リサイクル活動の資料と意見（問33〜40）
オリジナル英文：The environment club at Fern School was comparing two ideas for a recycling campaign. According to the school’s visitor log, eighteen students attended the first meeting. A separate online survey received thirty responses, but the club did not assume those thirty respondents had attended the meeting. Based on the survey, the club prepared two draft posters: one about saving paper and another about reusing bottles. On Wednesday, the teacher reported that the school could print only twenty copies of a poster this week. Mika said, ‘In my opinion, the bottle poster is easier to understand.’ Her comment was an opinion, not a result measured by the survey. The council selected the bottle poster based on the survey results and the printing limit. The school office approved the plan on Thursday. The posters were scheduled to be displayed on Monday. よくある質問
according to meは使えますか？
自分自身の意見を述べる通常の英作文ではin my opinionやI thinkが自然です。
based onとaccording toは同じですか？
重なる場面もありますが、according toは情報源が何を述べるか、based onは判断や作品が何を土台にしたかを示します。
調査に基づいた結論は必ず正しいですか？
いいえ。回答者数・調査方法・比較条件などを確認する必要があります。
in my opinionは根拠を表しますか？
意見であることを明示する表現であり、その意見の根拠は別に説明する必要があります。
reported byは受動態ですか？
はい。The result was reported by the teacher.のように、報告行為の主体をbyで示します。
