主語が違っても、toの後は原形のまま

I want he to help.は基本的には誤りで、目的格himを使います。They asked she to speak.ではなくThey asked her to speak.です。人物の役割と代名詞の形を分けて確認してください。

否定はtell someone not to doの形

The teacher told us not to run.は「走らないように言った」です。told us to not runも文脈によって現れますが、中学で学ぶ基本形としてnot to＋原形を先に確実にしましょう。

let・make・helpはtoが違う

She let me to go.は標準的な能動文の基本形として誤りで、She let me go.となります。一方、She asked me to go.にはtoが必要です。helpはhelp me doとhelp me to doの両方が使える点に注意してください。

「試み」と「結果」は違う

The teacher asked Ken to write.という文から、ケンが実際に書き終えたとまでは断定できません。askedは依頼した事実を表し、finished writingは実際の完了を表します。読解の内容一致で、指示と完了を混同しないようにしましょう。
