Many visitors enjoyed the exhibits. Children, in particular, liked the models.(多くの来場者が展示を楽しんだ。 The room is busy, especially on Saturdays.(その部屋は混雑している。

This detail is particularly important.(この点はとりわけ重要だ)。 We need better records, specifically the dates and locations.(よりよい記録、具体的には日付と場所が必要だ)。

A. crowded

A. vaguely / B. specifically / C. approximately / D. randomly

B. specifically

B. specifically

A. especially

A. vaguely / B. specifically / C. approximately / D. randomly

B. specifically

A. hardly / B. barely / C. particularly / D. scarcely

C. particularly

A city library asked visitors which improvements would help them use the building more easily. Many suggested clearer signs. Families with young children, in particular, wanted simple pictures beside the room names. Visitors who were unfamiliar with the town particularly appreciated maps showing the nearest bus stop. The library therefore tested several designs with twenty volunteers. The results were generally positive, especially among people visiting for the first time. However, two volunteers still found the route to the lift confusing. The designers revised that part of the map and planned another trial. The manager asked staff to record specific comments about each sign rather than say only that visitors liked the new design. The library had approved an additional test, not an immediate replacement of every sign. It also reminded residents that the old maps might be misleading during the renovation.

A history group prepared an exhibition about how a town had changed over the last hundred years. Members collected old photographs, shop records and letters. One topic in particular attracted interest: the opening of the first community hospital. Students initially wrote that it opened in 1940, but a researcher asked them to check original records. Specifically, the team needed the date when patients first entered the building, not the year when construction began. The records showed that construction started in 1940 and the hospital opened in 1942. The students corrected the exhibition label and cited the relevant archive. A local family offered to lend a photograph, but permission to display it inside the museum did not automatically allow online publication. The curator kept the image off the website until the family approved that use.

A secondary school organized a park clean-up with the support of a local organization. Students were asked to stay within safe marked areas and leave sharp objects for trained workers. The organizers particularly emphasized the importance of wearing closed shoes. Most volunteers followed the instructions, but one student noticed that an old sign gave a different meeting place from the updated online notice. The school specifically confirmed the new location near the west gate. Several students, especially those who were joining for the first time, said that the clear route map was helpful. After the event, the school counted the bags of waste collected and the number of people who participated. It did not treat these numbers as the same measurement. The staff also explained that collecting more bags did not necessarily prove that the park had become cleaner in the long term.

A community center tested a music program where children could borrow simple instruments for weekly lessons. Most families liked the idea, especially those who did not want to buy instruments for short-term use. Some participants raised concerns about hygiene and maintenance. In particular, parents asked who would check the instruments after each lesson. The organizer explained that staff were responsible for inspecting and cleaning the equipment. The center also recorded the number of reservations and actual attendance separately. During the first month, seventy reservations were made, but only fifty-six sessions were attended. Specifically, fourteen bookings were canceled or unused. The center decided to review costs before extending the program. It had not yet concluded that the scheme saved every family money, because some families had previously borrowed instruments elsewhere for free.
