A fictional school surveyed eighty volunteers about their use of digital learning applications. Daily app use was prevalent among the respondents, particularly those who traveled far to school. However, the sample did not include everyone, so the findings could not automatically represent the entire school. A separate review found that notifications had become a pervasive feature of the main application. Reminders appeared on homework pages, message screens and revision calendars. Some students welcomed these alerts, but others said that constant interruptions impaired their concentration. The principal noted that smartphones were widespread in the town without being ubiquitous in every home. A few families still shared devices or relied on printed materials. The school therefore kept paper worksheets available and reduced unnecessary notifications. Officials emphasized that a common practice in a voluntary survey did not prove that every student had the same habit.

問29.Among whom was daily app use prevalent?

問30.Why could the findings not represent every student?

問31.What was described as pervasive?

問32.What concern did some students raise?

問33.Did every family own a smartphone?

問34.What response did the school make?

A fictional town introduced an application that displayed bus arrival times. Digital screens were installed at many large stops, and mobile phones were widespread among commuters. The screens were not ubiquitous, however, because smaller rural stops still lacked them. In a survey of frequent bus users, checking arrival times through the application was prevalent. The transport office warned that occasional passengers and residents without smartphones were not well represented in the survey. The application also had a pervasive influence on staff routines: driver messages, route updates and passenger announcements all used the same platform. Some residents welcomed the convenience, while others preferred a telephone information line. The council decided to maintain both options. Officials also planned a separate evaluation of punctuality, explaining that common use of an information service did not prove that buses had become more reliable. The town wanted to measure access and actual performance separately.

問35.Where were digital displays not ubiquitous?

問36.Among whom was app use prevalent?

問37.Why could the survey not describe every resident?

問38.What pervasive influence did the platform have?

問39.What alternative did some residents prefer?

問40.Did app use prove that buses became more punctual?

The voluntary sample did not include everyone.。

Notifications across many parts of the application.。

No. Some shared devices or used paper.。

It retained paper materials and reduced unnecessary notifications.。

問35 解答:At smaller rural stops.。

Frequent bus users who were surveyed.。

Occasional users and people without smartphones were underrepresented.。

It affected driver messages, route updates and announcements.。

問39 解答:A telephone information line.。

No. Punctuality required a separate evaluation.。
