  1. 立場:Yes, I think so. / Not necessarily.
  4. 限定:費用や例外がある場合はhowever、as long as、mayで自然に整理する。

Question:Should cities spend more money on accessible buses?

Accessible stops help older residents and passengers with mobility difficulties reach hospitals and shops. Cities should begin with the most urgent routes and check whether the improvements work in practice, rather than simply increasing the number of buses.

Question:Should student bus fares be reduced?

慶英会の回答モデル(38語):I support discounted passes for students from families with limited budgets. Travel costs can make participation in school activities difficult. However, cities should compare the benefits with the cost of operating the service before making a permanent decision.

Question:Can a transport app solve every accessibility problem?

An app may show bus times, but it cannot remove a physical step at a stop. Accessible vehicles and trained staff are also necessary. Technology should support practical changes rather than replace them.

Question:What should cities consider when expanding bus routes?

慶英会の回答モデル(39語):They should study passengers’ needs, costs, driver workloads, and safety. A route with many bookings may still exclude people who cannot reach its stops. Officials should test improvements and listen to residents who previously could not use the service.

Question:Should schools use more AI tools in lessons?

慶英会の回答モデル(40語):AI tools can help students review difficult ideas and see additional examples. Nevertheless, learners should check important facts and develop their own reasoning skills. I would use such tools with teacher guidance instead of treating their answers as automatically correct.

Question:Should schools replace all printed books with digital materials?

Digital resources are convenient to update, but some students lack reliable devices or prefer reading on paper. Schools should offer a suitable combination and consider accessibility instead of forcing every learner to use one format.

Question:How can schools protect students’ data?

慶英会の回答モデル(37語):They should collect only information needed for education, explain who can see it, and provide ways to correct mistakes. Students and parents need clear instructions before using new systems. Security should be reviewed regularly rather than assumed.

Question:Should smartphones be banned during every class?

慶英会の回答モデル(38語):I would set clear limits rather than a complete ban. Phones can distract students, but they may help with research or particular accessibility needs. Teachers should explain when use is appropriate and make sure the rules are fair.

Question:Should stores charge for disposable bags?

慶英会の回答モデル(37語):A modest charge may encourage people to bring reusable bags. However, the policy should not place an excessive burden on low-income shoppers. Stores should explain the purpose and provide affordable alternatives, then evaluate whether waste actually decreases.

Question:Is recycling enough to solve waste problems?

Recycling is useful, but collecting and processing materials can also require energy. Preventing unnecessary waste and repairing usable products should come first when practical. I think a combination of reduction, reuse, and recycling is more effective.

Question:Should cities support product repair programs?

慶英会の回答モデル(39語):Yes, especially when the programs can extend the useful life of common items. Repair work requires safety training and suitable equipment, though, so I would test small workshops before funding a larger service. Results should be measured, not assumed.

Question:How can schools encourage environmentally responsible behavior?

慶英会の回答モデル(38語):Students could measure food waste at school and discuss practical ways to reduce it. Teachers should also examine whether the changes create more work for kitchen staff. Understanding both benefits and costs can make environmental action more realistic.

Question:Should more people be allowed to work from home?

慶英会の回答モデル(36語):Yes, when their duties make it practical. Remote work can reduce commuting and support people with family responsibilities. Yet some jobs require in-person cooperation. Employers should offer appropriate options rather than assuming one arrangement suits everybody.

Question:Will automation benefit all workers?

慶英会の回答モデル(40語):I do not think the benefits will be equal. Automation may improve productivity, but workers performing certain tasks could face difficulties. Companies and governments should provide training and monitor who gains new opportunities, instead of assuming all employees will benefit.

Question:Should employers pay for workers to learn new skills?

If a company adopts new technology, workers need time and guidance to use it safely. The company also benefits from better performance. Training costs should be planned fairly so that employees are not expected to learn everything without support.

Question:Is a shorter working week always desirable?

A shorter schedule could improve rest for some workers, but the same workload might create more pressure. Businesses should consider staffing, wages, and service quality before changing schedules. I would judge the results rather than rely on one assumption.

Question:Should unused buildings become community centers?

慶英会の回答モデル(37語):In some towns, yes. Reusing a building could provide study rooms without constructing a new one. However, old structures might require costly repairs and accessible entrances. Local governments should consult residents and compare long-term costs before deciding.

Question:Should volunteering be compulsory for teenagers?

慶英会の回答モデル(36語):I would encourage volunteering but not make it compulsory for everyone. It can develop cooperation and responsibility, but students have different schedules and family duties. Schools should offer several ways to contribute and respect those constraints.

Question:Can local events eliminate loneliness among older people?

慶英会の回答モデル(36語):They may help some residents build connections, but not everyone can attend. People with mobility difficulties or health concerns may need different forms of support. Event attendance alone would not prove that social isolation had disappeared.

Question:How should cities decide which libraries to keep open?

慶英会の回答モデル(35語):They should consider community needs, travel distances, and the availability of alternatives, not only visitor numbers. A small library may serve people who cannot travel far. Public consultations and maintenance estimates could support transparent decisions.

Question:Should more government services be available online?

慶英会の回答モデル(38語):Yes, provided that offline options remain available. Online forms can save travel time for busy residents, but some people lack reliable devices or internet access. Public offices should maintain clear paper procedures and support residents who need assistance.

Question:What should officials do for residents without internet access?

慶英会の回答モデル(38語):They should offer paper notices, accessible service counters, and telephone assistance. Public libraries might provide digital lessons, but essential services should not depend entirely on computer skills. Officials must ensure that information reaches people who cannot use apps.

Question:Can digital services reduce costs for every household?

Online systems may reduce some administrative work, but they need maintenance and trained staff. People may also have to pay for devices or connections. Governments should compare total costs and accessibility before removing in-person services.

Question:Are public libraries still necessary in a digital society?

Libraries provide quiet study spaces, reliable information, and support from staff. They are particularly valuable for people without suitable devices or internet connections. Digital materials are useful, but they cannot replace every service a community library provides.
