lost・left・found・kept・collectの違い

lose / lost＝失くす・失くした、leave / left＝置いていく・置き忘れた、find / found＝見つける・見つかった、lost and found＝遺失物取扱い、kept at＝〜に保管されている、collect＝受け取る、report number＝照会番号、storage room＝保管室、until next Monday＝翌週月曜まで、という意味です。

発見された場所と保管されている場所は違うことがあります。例えば傘が駅の3番ホームで見つかっても、現在は駅案内所で保管されていれば『どこで受け取るか』の正答は案内所です。after／by／untilの期限や、平日だけ開く受付も読み取ります。
