  • A1|CORE:The policy’s limited, three-district implementation is a central fact if the passage compares a pilot with later expansion.
  • A2|CORE:The apparent benefit and the short observation period jointly describe both the result and its limitation.
  • A3|CUT:The exact time and weather are incidental unless the passage’s argument concerns scheduling or weather.
  • A4|CORE:The potential benefit and the target group matter to the policy’s rationale.
  • A5|CORE:The two implementation conditions explain why the proposal may not work everywhere.
  • A6|CUT:A single anecdote is usually less important than the passage’s general findings, unless the text centers on users’ perceptions.
  • A7|CORE:The comparison design may be necessary to understand how the findings were produced.
  • A8|CUT:Presentation details are irrelevant unless the passage discusses document design or accessibility.
  • A9|CORE:The contrast prevents the mistaken conclusion that higher enrollment automatically means successful language revival.
  • A10|CUT:This recommendation is not supported if the passage only reports a limited trial; it may be an invented conclusion.
  • A11|CORE:Expected long-term costs matter if the passage compares the initial expense with future benefits.
  • A12|CUT:The weekday rarely affects the main claim.
  • A13|CORE:The average improvement and unequal distribution are both essential to a balanced summary.
  • A14|CUT:A name can often be omitted when the person’s identity is not part of the argument.
  • A15|CORE:The proposal’s mechanism and target population explain the benefit.
  • A16|CUT:This claim exaggerates a limited or conditional finding and should never be invented in a summary. 追加しない:may/couldをwill definitelyへ強めない。
  • A17|CONTEXT:The steps may be omitted unless the passage contrasts administrative burden before and after the reform.
  • A18|CONTEXT:A stated purpose is not proof that the project achieved its goal; retain only if the purpose explains the proposal.
  • A19|CORE:The subjective report and measured outcome differ and must not be collapsed into a simple success claim.
  • A20|CONTEXT:The example may illustrate a broader point, but its name and local details can usually be compressed.
  • A21|CONTEXT:Specific figures can be compressed unless sample size or coverage is central to the passage’s credibility.
  • A22|CORE:The limitations of the evidence qualify how confidently the conclusion can be stated.
  • A23|CONTEXT:This detail matters only if the passage discusses delivery time, costs or project management.
  • A24|CORE:The conditional conclusion stops readers from treating a result as universal.

Community language classes

Many communities have introduced classes to help children learn languages that are used less often at home. Online materials have increased registrations and made introductory lessons easier to access. However, enrollment numbers do not show whether students can use the language in daily conversation. Some learners lack regular speaking partners, while formal textbooks may not reflect expressions used by local families. Organizers are therefore adding storytelling sessions and discussion groups led by community speakers. They also plan to assess whether learners can sustain conversations and whether materials accurately represent local usage. The organizers acknowledge that progress may be gradual and that different learners need different opportunities.

模範要約①(99語):Community language classes can attract more learners when online materials make lessons easier to access, but rising enrollment does not by itself show that a language is used in everyday life. Some learners lack regular speaking partners, and formal textbooks may not reflect expressions used by local families. Organizers are adding storytelling sessions and discussion groups led by community speakers to provide practice. They also plan to assess conversational ability and the accuracy of teaching materials. Since progress may be gradual and learners need different opportunities, success should be judged by meaningful language use rather than registration numbers alone.

Electric bus transition

A transport company has begun replacing some diesel buses with electric vehicles. The trial may reduce emissions and operating noise, but charging schedules and electricity prices create practical challenges. Congestion can also lengthen journeys and reduce the time available to recharge vehicles. Officials therefore plan to compare reliability, lifetime operating costs and passenger access before expanding the program. Some residents worry that spending on new vehicles may reduce funding for rural routes. The company says future expansion should depend on evidence about both performance and the effect on other services.

模範要約②(91語):Electric buses may reduce emissions and operating noise, but charging schedules, electricity prices and traffic create practical difficulties. Congestion can lengthen journeys and leave less time to recharge vehicles. The transport company therefore plans to compare reliability, lifetime operating costs and passenger access before expanding its trial. Some residents also worry that spending on new vehicles could reduce funding for rural routes. Future expansion should depend on evidence about operational performance and the effect on other services, rather than assuming that environmental advantages alone make immediate fleet replacement the best choice.

  • 不確実性:may / could / preliminaryをwill / provenへ変えてしまう。
  • 適用範囲:some regionsをall countriesへ広げる。
  • 目的と結果:was intended to improveをimprovedへ変更する。
