responsible forは業務・結果への責任
She is responsible for preparing the agenda. なら議題準備が担当業務です。一方The storm was responsible for the delay. のように、原因を表すこともあります。
in charge ofは統括、take charge ofは統括の引受け
Ken is in charge of the team. は現在の管理責任、Ken took charge of the team. は指揮を引き継いだという行動を示します。
take care ofは『世話』だけでなく業務対応
The staff took care of the room reservations. は予約の処理です。I’ll take care of it. はこれから対処するという意思であり、完了したとまでは述べていません。
responsible forとresponsible toの前置詞の違い
The leader is responsible for the budget and responsible to the principal. なら予算は責任の対象、校長は報告先です。
