byとtoがどの数値を示すか、まず元の値・変化量・最終値を別々に整理します。
4つの読み方
- 問題が聞くのは元の値か現在値か、過去の予定か実際の結果か確認する。
- by / toや助動詞など、意味を変える語に下線を引く。
- 必要なら数値の計算や、発表された予定と変更の時点を確認する。
- 本文にない正確な数値・未決定の未来を勝手に確定しない。
