英検準2級プラスのEメール長文では、宛先に名前があることと、その人が作業担当者であることを混同しないようにしましょう。To / Ccは受信者の区別ですが、具体的な作業は本文のPlease check …、Ken will prepare …などを読んで判断します。慶英会の独自4通24課題で練習します。

対象：準2級プラスReadingのEメール内容一致で、担当者・期限・確定状況を読み違えやすい中高生。メール・人物・期限はすべて架空の学習用設定です。公式過去問ではありません。

誤答を減らす復習

誰に指示が向いているかを確認し、To/Ccの形式だけから推測しないことが重要です。締切までに行う作業と、審査後の結果通知、承認前に行ってはいけない作業を区別します。

FAQ

Q. Ccは必ず担当外ですか？

いいえ。Ccは情報共有先を示しますが、本文中で具体的な作業を依頼される場合があります。受信欄だけでは判断できません。

Q. 応募書類の受領は参加確定ですか？

必ずしも同じではありません。受領・審査・承認は本文の順序を確認します。
