英検準2級プラスのリスニングで「話の内容は聞こえたのに4択を間違える」場合、質問の中心語を取り違えている可能性があります。Where（場所）を聞かれたのに日付を選ぶ、Why（理由）を聞かれたのに結果を選ぶといった失点を、慶英会独自の8会話24問で防ぎましょう。

対象：英検準2級合格後、準2級プラスListeningの会話内容一致で、複数の選択肢が気になってしまう中高生。公式リスニングには会話の内容一致15問、説明文などの内容一致15問があります。本ページは独自の質問選択練習で、公式過去問ではありません。音声ファイルはありません。家族・講師の読み上げや端末の読み上げ機能を使ってから解いてください。

まず疑問詞を「答えの型」に変える

同じ会話の中に曜日・料金・担当者・理由が出ても、答えるのは設問が要求する一つの情報です。解答後は正しい選択肢だけでなく「なぜ別の選択肢が設問の答えにならないか」も確認してください。

解き方

  1. 英文台本を隠した状態で会話を1回聞く。
  2. 各質問の最初の疑問詞に印を付ける。
  3. 答えに該当する情報だけを選び、残る選択肢が別の質問への答えになっていないか確認する。
  4. 全訳と解説を読み、該当情報が会話内のどこにあるか復習する。

会話1｜読書イベントの延期

台本を見ずに聞き、次の3問へ答えてください。

  1. Why was the event moved?
    1. Because rain was expected.
    2. Because a librarian emailed participants.
    3. Because attendance was free.
    4. Because the event was in a hall.
  2. Where will the event be held?
    1. On Sunday.
    2. In the community hall.
    3. For free.
    4. After an email.
  3. How did participants learn about the change?
    1. The event became free.
    2. It was moved indoors.
    3. They received an email.
    4. Rain was expected.

A: The library’s outdoor reading event was going to be on Saturday, but heavy rain is expected. B: The librarian moved it to Sunday afternoon in the community hall. A: Does everyone know? B: She sent an email to all participants this morning, and attendance is still free.

24問の復習法｜誤答を疑問詞で分類する

間違えた問題をWhere・When・Why・Who・How・Whatに分類します。例えばWhenの誤答が多い場合は会話1・2・5・6・7・8の時刻・日付を再確認します。答えを覚えるのではなく、設問の要求に合う情報を探す練習です。

Q. 選択肢が本文に書いてあれば正解ですか？

必ずしもそうではありません。本文に書かれた事実であっても、設問が求める理由や場所に答えていなければ正答になりません。
