River School offers a small learning-support fund for students in Grades 8 and 9. The money is intended to help with approved learning materials, such as dictionaries and science notebooks. Students must submit an application by April 12. Being in an eligible grade does not automatically mean a student will receive support. A short statement from the student’s teacher is required, but a photograph of the item is optional. The school may ask for more information if a price seems unusually high. Students should not send private account passwords with the form. When the online system receives an application, it sends an automatic receipt message. This message means the form arrived; it is not a decision about funding.

審査と決定
The support committee will review all complete applications after April 12. It will consider whether the materials are suitable for school learning and whether the requested cost is reasonable. Students may receive approval for one item even if they requested two. The committee will email decisions on April 25. Students who receive a request for additional details must respond before the date stated in that message. No decision can be assumed from an earlier receipt email. The school will not publish students’ individual financial circumstances.
