英検準2級リスニングの復習法｜聞き取れなかった原因を5分類・独自30問チェック

結論｜リスニングは「もう一度聞く」だけでなく、聞けなかった原因を分ける

英検準2級のリスニングで点数が伸びないときは、同じ音源を何度も流すだけではなく、聞けなかった原因を分類します。主な原因は、①単語を知らない、②音のつながりや弱化に慣れていない、③数字・曜日などの情報を取り逃す、④否定や比較で意味を逆に取る、⑤会話の前後関係を見失う、の5つです。

準2級の公式試験では、リスニングは約25分で、会話の応答文選択10問、会話内容一致10問、文の内容一致10問があります。いずれも放送回数は1回です。公式の準2級試験内容で最新の形式を確認してください（2026年11月2日確認）。

以下の英文・問題は慶英会独自の練習です。公式過去問の転載ではありません。

聞けなかった原因を5分類する

• V：Vocabulary　語句自体を知らない。
• S：Sound　知っている語なのに音として聞き取れない。
• I：Information　数字・曜日・時間・場所などの細部を落とす。
• N：Negation　not、never、no longerなどで意味を逆に取る。
• C：Context　会話全体の流れを追えず、誰が何を決めたか分からない。

独自30問チェック｜音声がなくても「聞く準備」を整える

1〜20は会話・情報処理、21〜30は聞き取り後の復元練習です。実際のListening練習では、英検協会の公式音源を1回だけ聞いて答え、その後に原因分類を行います。

21〜30｜聞いた後に英文を再構成する

公式音源を使った7日間復習

• 1日目：公式音源を本番どおり1回だけ聞いて解く。
• 2日目：間違えた問題をS・V・I・N・Cに分類。
• 3日目：スクリプトを見て、知っているのに聞けなかった語に印を付ける。
• 4日目：1文ずつ音読し、語句のまとまりを意識する。
• 5日目：再び音声を聞き、数字・固有名詞・時間など情報語を拾う。
• 6日目：会話の最後の決定だけをメモする練習。
• 7日目：新しい音源を1回聞き、同じ原因が改善したか確認。

「聞けるまで何回も再生する」のではなく、原因を特定してから再生回数を増やしてください。そうすると、練習時間が短くても何を直しているのか明確になります。

よくある質問

1回しか放送されないので、全部聞き取れません。

本番と同じ条件で聞く練習と、復習のためにスクリプトを確認する練習を分けてください。最初から全部を聞き取る必要はありません。

数字だけ聞き取れません。

数字・時刻・曜日だけをメモする短時間練習を追加します。意味全体より情報語に焦点を当てると改善点が見えやすくなります。

Listeningで点数が低くても受験して大丈夫ですか？

自己採点だけで合否を断定することはできません。英検CSEスコアは技能別に算出されるため、Reading・Writing・Listeningを分けて学習状況を確認してください。
