英検協会の公式試験内容では、4級Listeningは約30分・3パート各10問・英文は2回放送です。第1部は補助イラスト付きで応答の3択を読み上げ、第2・3部は印刷された4択です。この教材は公式過去問ではない慶英会独自問題で、録音音声と第1部の補助イラストは付属しません。試験の音質や速度には協会公式音源も併用してください。
保護者が最初に準備するもの
学習者はこのページの「問題編」だけを表示し、答えを記入する紙と筆記用具を用意します。保護者は別の端末か紙に「読み上げ台本」を表示し、子どもに見せないようにします。読み上げる前に設問番号を知らせ、英文は各問2回読みます。家庭練習では数秒の解答時間を置き、子どもの理解度に合わせて調整してください。
採点時に確認する3つの失点理由
①音そのものが聞き取れなかった、②単語は分かったが意味が追えなかった、③前の予定・人物と最後に決まった情報を混同した、の3つに分けます。音が聞けない場合は公式音源での聞き取りも追加します。

問22：At our school, the gardening club usually meets on Tuesdays. Next week the garden will be used for a school event, so the club will meet in the science classroom on Wednesday afternoon.

家庭での10日間の復習法
初日は30問のうち3部別の失点数と理由を記録します。2日目は第1部の疑問詞と依頼を復習し、3〜4日目は第2部の人物・金額・変更時刻を聞き分けます。5〜6日目は第3部の集合時間と開始時間、対象年齢、実際に実施した行動を確認します。7日目は全台本を英語で音読、8日目は和訳なしで聞き直し、9日目は別の初見セット、10日目は英検協会の公式録音音源で聞き取りを確認してください。
聞き取れなかった英語を繰り返しゆっくり読ませるだけでは正答できるようにならないこともあります。例えば「元の予定は木曜、変更後は金曜」で木曜を答えた場合、音ではなく情報の更新を誤った可能性があります。原因に応じて復習方法を変えます。

よくある質問
家庭で保護者が読んでも英検4級の練習になりますか？
発話の意味を追い、質問に答える基礎練習にはなります。ただし本番の録音音声、発音や話速、補助イラストは再現できないため、英検協会の公式過去問音源を併用します。
第1部の選択肢は子どもに見せますか？
公式形式の第1部は応答3択を音声で読み上げるため、この教材でも学習者には答えの選択肢を先に見せず、保護者が読みます。第2・3部は選択肢を印刷して見せてください。
練習問題の正答数から合格を予想できますか？
慶英会独自問題の正答数は公式のCSEスコアや合否に換算できません。4級の一次試験にはReadingも含まれます。
