How old is Ken?（年齢）／How tall is Ken?（身長）／How heavy is the bag?（重さ）／How high is the balloon above the ground?（地上からの高さ）／How wide is the river?（川幅）／How deep is the lake?（水深）。
How tallは人や動物の身長、How highは地面・海面など基準からの高度を尋ねる場面で典型的です。建物など対象によっては両方自然な場合もあるため、この教材では人・動物の身長と高度の説明を分けています。
