Students were given tablets by the school.をStudents gave tablets to the school.

The posters were made by students.Students made the posters.
The route will be checked. An inspection of the route is planned.
The service is being tested. The service is undergoing a trial.
No decision has been made. The decision remains pending.

  2. 誰が情報・物を受け取ったかを区別する(was given / was sent toなど)。
  4. will be / is being / has beenの時間・進捗の違いを保つ。
  5. may be / should be / has not beenなどの可能性・必要・否定を消さない。

The service was introduced.

is being testedとhas been testedの違いは何ですか?
