I think public parks are important because they are necessary. Public parks are important because residents can exercise and relax there.
Students who join clubs always get higher grades. Club activities may help students learn teamwork, but grades depend on many factors.

**TOPIC 1:** Should schools provide more opportunities for students to volunteer in their communities?
I think schools should provide more opportunities for students to volunteer in their communities. First, volunteering can help teenagers understand local needs. For example, helping at a library may show them how public services support residents. Second, students can practice teamwork by planning activities with other people. Some projects require time and careful supervision, so schools should offer several options instead of making every activity compulsory. By choosing suitable projects, students could contribute to their communities while developing useful skills. These experiences may also encourage them to think more carefully about their future roles.
**TOPIC 2:** Should towns create more public study spaces for teenagers?
I believe towns should create more public study spaces for teenagers. First, some students do not have a quiet place to work at home. A public room could help them focus on difficult assignments. Second, shared spaces may give students chances to learn from one another, such as by discussing a science project. However, these rooms need clear rules and reasonable opening hours, and towns should consider staffing costs. Providing a few well-managed spaces may be more practical than opening many rooms immediately. Such facilities could support learning without forcing every teenager to use them.

I support more library hours, although schools need enough staff. I support more library hours, but I oppose them.
