shouldの基本語順｜shouldの後にtoは付けない

shouldn’tはmustn’tと同じ強さではない

You shouldn’t take photos during the talk.だけなら「撮影を控えた方がよい」という助言になり得ます。一方、NO PHOTOGRAPHYという実際の規則があるなら、You mustn’t take photos.のように禁止として伝えます。助言か規則かを、話し手や掲示の文脈から判断してください。
