誤読を防ぐ4手順
- 最初に発信者・受信者・作業する生徒と人数を区別する。
- 何をする動詞か、いつ・誰と実施するのかを確認する。
- 提出物・返信先・個別の指示があるか調べる。
- 本文にない許可や情報を補わず、実際の学校の正式な指示を優先する。
