Students giving presentations in Room B should arrive at least ten minutes early. First, turn on the projector and then connect the laptop using the marked cable. If the screen says No Signal, check that the correct input is selected before asking staff for help. Do not change the room’s network settings. Printed copies of slides are available from the front desk if the projector cannot be used. A staff member must record any equipment fault, but students do not need to report a problem that was solved simply by selecting the correct input.

To borrow a book at the self-service machine, scan your library card first. Next, place one book under the scanner and wait for its title to appear. Repeat this step for each book. Press Finish only after every title is listed, and keep the printed receipt because it shows the due dates. If a book’s barcode cannot be read, do not repeatedly force it against the scanner. Ask the service desk to process that item. Books with damaged covers may still be borrowed, but staff must check them first. Returning books is handled at a separate counter.

Visitors who wish to use the museum’s mobile audio guide should download the guide at the entrance while connected to the guest Wi-Fi. Once the files are saved, most explanations can be played without an internet connection. Earphones are recommended because speakers may disturb other visitors, but bringing personal earphones is not a condition of entry. If a phone’s battery is low, a printed guide is available at the information desk. The printed version covers the main exhibits but does not include the optional interviews. The museum asks visitors not to record or redistribute the audio files.

Students must submit their history reports through the school website by 5 p.m. on Friday. After uploading a file, wait for a confirmation page displaying the submission number. A file name appearing in the upload box does not by itself mean that the report has been received. If the website is unavailable, students should email the teacher before the deadline and attach the report. The teacher will confirm receipt by replying. Students should not send duplicate reports through both methods when the normal upload was successful. A late email without evidence of a website problem does not automatically extend the deadline.

  1. What is the submission deadline?
  2. What confirms successful website submission?
  3. Does an upload-box filename prove receipt?
  4. What is the backup if the website is unavailable?
  5. How will the teacher confirm an emailed report?
  6. Does any late email automatically extend the deadline?

  1. Friday at 5 p.m.。
  2. A page showing a submission number。
  3. No。does not by itself mean received。
  4. Email the teacher before the deadline with the report attached。
  5. By replying。confirm receipt by replying。
  6. No。does not automatically extend、

FAQ

must、only、if、not、before、afterなど条件と否定・順序の語から確認します。
