英検の英作文で具体例を書くときは、過去の出来事・今続く習慣・これからの提案を同じ時制で一律に書かないことが重要です。『昨年経験した』は過去形、『現在続けている』は現在形や現在完了、『将来実施したい』は plan to / may / will などで区別します。
対象：英検3級〜1級の意見英作文を学ぶ中高生。級固有の試験問題ではなく、意味と文法を正確に守るための級横断スキルを扱います。

結論｜意味を間違えない4つの原則
- yesterday / last year など完了した特定の過去の事実には過去形。
- every day / usually など現在の習慣には現在形が基本。
- since / for で過去から今までの継続を示すときは現在完了などを用いる。
- plan to / hope to / will は意図・予定・未来を表し、実施済みの事実にしない。
誤答例を改善する
修正前：
Last year our school introduces a club, and next year it opened more rooms.
改善後：
Last year our school introduced a club, and it plans to open more rooms next year.
解説：last year は過去の事実 introduced、next year は今後の計画 plans to open。異なる時点の動詞を揃えて誤りを防ぎます。

since 2024 は必ず現在完了ですか。
過去から現在まで続く状況なら現在完了がよく使われます。過去の特定期間だけの話なら文脈によって別の時制も可能です。
未来の希望は will で書いてよいですか。
will は未来の意志・予測などを表します。まだ検討中なら may / plan to / hope to の方が意味に合います。
過去の体験と今の意見を同じ段落に書いてよいですか。
可能です。体験は過去形、現在の考えや一般的な理由は現在形など、内容に合わせて使い分けます。
