倍率と増加率を混同しない4つの原則
- 倍率は新しい値÷元の値。元値20・新値40なら2倍。
- 増加率は（新しい値−元の値）÷元の値×100。20→40なら100％増。
- 3倍は元の300％の値、増加率は200％。半減なら新値は元の50％、減少率は50％。
- 数値の変化を観測しても原因を証明したことにはならない。年度・対象・延べ人数も区別する。
