gainとacquireは意味が重なることがある
gain experienceもacquire experienceも自然です。gainは経験や利益の増加、acquireは知識・技能の獲得に焦点があることが多いものの、一方だけを絶対に正解と決めつけません。
receiveだけで審査結果は確定しない
received an applicationは申請が届いた状態です。approved the applicationなどの記載がなければ、承認・参加決定は不明です。
