4つの編集画面、登場人物、文章、点数、手順はすべて慶英会の創作です。Microsoft WordやGoogleドキュメントの全機能を再現した操作マニュアルではなく、英語の指示や変更提案を読むための補助教材です。実際の操作では利用アプリと学校の指示を優先してください。英検公式問題やNEW TREASUREの教科書本文・解答は転載していません。
結論｜Acceptは本文の変更、Resolveはコメント対応
Accept＝変更案を採用する、Reject＝変更案を採用しない、Resolve comment＝コメントへのやり取りを解決済みにする、Submit＝課題を提出することです。特に「先生の助言を読んだ」ことと「変更案を承認した」ことと「課題を提出した」ことを区別する必要があります。
英作文の変更を確認するときの4つの観点
①文法として直すべきか。②意味や事実が変わらないか。③誰がいつ提案したか。④修正後の文書を提出したか。たとえば主語と動詞を一致させる修正と、人数を10人から20人に変更する提案は、どちらも「編集」ですが確認すべき根拠が異なります。
操作英語の早見表

独自40問の進め方
まず英文の事実を見つけ、元の英文と提案後の英文を比較します。変更が文法だけなのか、主張・数値・時刻を変えてしまうのかを確認してから解答を開きましょう。「提案がある」ことは「正しい」ことの証明ではありません。

慶英会オリジナル資料： FICTIONAL ENGLISH WRITING WORKSPACE — Assignment: Write a Short School Introduction. Original sentence: ‘Our school have a large library.’ Suggestion S1 by Teacher A: Replace ‘have’ with ‘has’. Status: Pending review. Suggestion S2 by Peer B: Replace ‘large’ with ‘modern’. Status: Pending review. The teacher explains that S1 corrects subject-verb agreement, while S2 changes the description and requires the writer to decide whether ‘modern’ is factually accurate. The student accepts S1 but rejects S2 because the library’s age and equipment have not been checked. After reviewing the suggestions, the saved sentence reads: ‘Our school has a large library.’ The platform keeps a history of the proposed edits. ‘Accept’ incorporates a suggestion into the document; ‘Reject’ leaves the original wording in place for that change. Neither action submits the whole assignment to the teacher.

慶英会オリジナル資料： FICTIONAL GROUP REPORT — Title: Protecting Our River. Comment C1 by Maya: ‘Can you explain where the number 48 came from?’ This is a question, not a proposed replacement sentence. Suggestion S3 by Ken: Change ’48 students take part last year’ to ’48 students took part last year.’ The writer checks the original class survey and confirms that 48 is the correct number for last year. The writer accepts S3 because the past time requires the past-tense verb, then replies to C1 with the source of the number. Maya reads the reply and marks C1 ‘Resolved’. In this imaginary workspace, resolving the comment closes the discussion thread; it does not automatically rewrite the paragraph or submit the report. Another comment, C2, remains open because the photograph’s permission has not been confirmed. The group is instructed to resolve C2 only after permission is checked.

慶英会オリジナル資料： FICTIONAL SCHOOL NEWSPAPER EDIT — Document: Our Sports Day. Four tracked changes are awaiting review. Change 1 fixes ‘go’ to ‘went’ in a sentence about yesterday. Change 2 changes ‘ten volunteers’ to ‘twenty volunteers’, although the number has not been checked. Change 3 adds a comma after an opening phrase. Change 4 removes a sentence explaining that the event was postponed because of heavy rain. The editor reads the original event record: ten volunteers helped, and heavy rain did cause a postponement. She accepts Changes 1 and 3 but rejects Changes 2 and 4. The button ‘Accept All’ would approve all four proposed changes, not just the grammar corrections. The teacher advises checking meaning, numbers and evidence before approving edits in bulk. The document has not been published on the school website yet. The final article must preserve the verified facts.

On Tuesday, the teacher suggested two grammar corrections and asked for a clearer explanation of the station route. The students accepted both grammar suggestions and added a new route sentence. On Wednesday morning, the status page displayed ‘Changes reviewed: 2 of 2’ and ‘Comments open: 1’. The open comment requested confirmation of the last train’s departure time. Students checked the official timetable provided for this fictional project and replied with the verified time. At 4:00 p.m., the comment was marked resolved. At 4:10 p.m., the document was saved as Final version. However, the assignment status remained ‘Not submitted’ until the students clicked ‘Submit final project’ at 4:15 p.m. A submission receipt then appeared. 英作文を直すときに避ける3つの間違い
第一に、Accept Allで意味を変える提案まで一括承認しないこと。第二に、コメントのResolveを本文の修正と混同しないこと。第三に、Final versionとして保存しただけで提出完了と判断しないこと。修正案が自然な英文でも、事実・引用・数字・指定された構成を変えていないかは別に確認する必要があります。
7日間で英作文の修正力につなげる
初日は資料1と2で文法修正・コメントの違いを練習し、翌日は資料3と4で数字・意味・提出の違いを確認します。3日後は自分の英文3文について、文法を直す提案1件と、内容を確認するコメント1件を作ります。7日後には、提案の英語を隠して「何を変えたのか」「何を変えていないのか」を説明し、自分で修正版を書き直しましょう。学校で扱う実際の文書には個人情報や非公開資料を無断で流用しません。
よくある質問
AcceptとResolveは同じですか？
異なります。Acceptは提案された本文変更を採用する操作、Resolveはコメントスレッドを解決済みにする操作を指します。どのアプリでも完全に同じUIとは限りません。
Accept Allを押しても文法だけが直りますか？
いいえ。本文にある架空例では、数字や理由に関する提案まで一括承認されます。実際の共同編集でも変更を確認してから採用することが重要です。
Commentに返信しただけで課題は提出済みですか？
違います。コメント対応・変更提案の採用・課題の提出は別の操作です。学校の提出画面で完了状態を確認してください。
Microsoft Wordで変更履歴を表示しない設定にすると変更は消えますか？
表示だけを変えても追跡された変更自体が削除されたとは限りません。Microsoftの公式ヘルプでは変更の確定には承諾または拒否が必要であると説明しています。
