review＝感想・評価、rating＝評価点、out of five＝5点満点中、useful＝便利な、easy to use＝使いやすい、however＝しかし、too small＝小さすぎる、return＝返品する、exchange＝交換する、receipt＝レシート、deliver＝配達する、という意味です。
まず商品と投稿者、次に星の数、よかったこと・困ったこと、返品条件、予定している次の行動を整理します。レビューの評価点だけで『完全に満足している』と決めつけないことが大切です。
