英検4級の合格はReadingとListeningのCSEスコア合計によるため、家庭で独自に出した問題の正答数から公式CSEは計算できません。過去問の形式と音声は英検協会公式4級過去問で確認してください。

4週間で記録する項目

  1. 初見のReadingで何を間違えたか。
  2. 正解した問題の理由を自分の言葉で説明できるか。
  3. 公式Listening音源の初見正答と、台本を見たときの理解を分けたか。
  4. 学校の英語ワークや定期テスト対策が進んでいるか。
  5. 部活・学校行事・睡眠との負担が大きすぎないか。

以下は慶英会が作成した架空の学習記録です。実際の生徒の成績や塾の合格実績を示していません。数字は学習の変化を読み取る練習用の例で、合否の判定水準ではありません。

記録1｜Week1：正解でも理由が分からない

WEEK 1 LEARNING NOTE — Hana answered twenty short English questions. She got fourteen correct, but she could explain the reasons for only nine answers. Five of her correct answers were guesses. She also tried a new English email passage but confused Tuesday with Thursday. Her teacher asked her to write down the reason for every answer before checking the answer key. Hana will use a different short email next week to see whether she understands the changes in the schedule.

全文和訳と問1〜6の正解・根拠

第1週の学習記録：ハナは英語短文20問を解いて14問正解しましたが、正解の根拠を説明できたのは9問でした。正解した5問は勘で選んだものです。新しい英語Eメールにも挑戦しましたが火曜と木曜を混同しました。先生は解答を見る前に各問の理由を書き出すよう提案しました。翌週は別の短いEメールを使い、変更後の予定を理解できるか確かめる予定です。

On Wednesday, his tutor gave him twelve different sentences with the same verbs. This time, Kota answered eight correctly and missed the verbs ‘bring’, ‘buy’, ‘think’, and ‘teach’. He reviewed those four verbs in new sentences on Friday. He plans to try another unseen exercise next Monday rather than repeating the first worksheet.
