英検3級のリスニングで、バス・電車の乗り換えや道案内を聞くと番号・時刻・出口を取り違える中学生へ。交通案内では、get off（降りる）、change to（乗り換える）、go past（通り過ぎる）、turn right / left（右折・左折）を、どこで行うかと結び付けます。慶英会は独自8会話32課題、4択16問・英問英答8問・誤文修正8問、全文和訳・全模範解答を公開します。
結論：リスニングで道案内が流れたら、①出発地点と目的地、②バス番号・電車の路線、③降車と乗換、④変更前・変更後の時刻、⑤左右と目印の順で聞き取ります。集合9:25と発車9:40など、正しい数字でも質問が違えば不正解になるので、単語だけを拾って答えを決めないことが重要です。
本教材には音声ファイルは付属しません。英語台本は後半に掲載し、家庭で読み上げて練習できる構成です。駅・バス・時刻は架空の設定で、実際の交通案内ではありません。英検3級の公式Listening第2部は4択10問・2回放送ですが、本教材の32課題は慶英会独自の練習形式です。
英検3級の道案内リスニングで必要な4つの確認
日本英語検定協会の公式3級試験内容ではListeningは第1部が3択・1回放送、第2・3部が4択・2回放送です。交通や道案内は身近な話題の例ですが、すべての回で必ず交通が出題されるとは限りません。
乗る番号と目的地を一組で覚える
Bus twelve goes to the bookshop, but bus twenty-one goes to the museum.なら博物館行きは21番。番号の音だけでなく行き先も確認します。
meet／leave／arriveの3時刻を区別
Meet at nine twenty-five. The bus leaves at nine forty.では9:25集合、9:40発車。到着も別の情報です。
get off／change to／go pastの意味を区別
Get off at Central Station and change to the Green Line.なら中央駅で降りて別の路線へ乗換。go past the bankは銀行を通り過ぎる意味です。
not／but／insteadの変更先を確認
Exit three is closed. Use Exit two instead.では2番出口が現在の案内。最初の出口番号だけを覚えないようにします。

各会話は4課題です。4択2問、英語で短く答える1問、誤り訂正1問。英語台本と全解答は後半にあるので、まずは保護者・講師が読み上げて答えてください。
