英検2級英作文の書き出し｜最初の一文で意見を直接答える独自30問＋模範6題

英検2級の意見英作文は、最初の1〜2文で自分の立場を明確にすると、その後の理由を組み立てやすくなります。最初から長い背景説明を書く必要はありません。設問が「Do you think …?」なら、まずYes / NoやI think … を使って直接答え、その後に理由を二つ置くと、内容と構成が安定します。この記事では、冒頭の書き方だけに絞って独自30問と模範6題で練習します。

結論｜冒頭は「答え→理由の予告」で十分

たとえば、Do you think schools should offer more club activities? なら、I think schools should offer more club activities for students. と始めます。次に There are two reasons. としてもよいですが、語数を節約したいならすぐに First, … と理由へ進みます。

避けたい冒頭

• In recent years, many people have discussed this issue. のような一般論だけで始める。
• 設問と関係の薄い背景を2〜3文書く。
• 自分の意見を最後まで隠す。
• 難しい単語を使うために不自然な導入を作る。

独自30問｜最初の一文を直す

1. Should schools use more digital materials? → I think schools should use more digital materials.
2. Should teenagers exercise regularly? → I think teenagers should exercise regularly.
3. Should towns provide more public transportation? → I think towns should provide more public transportation.
4. Is it important to read books? → Yes, I think reading books is important.
5. Should students help with housework? → I think students should help with housework.
6. Should schools start classes later? → I think schools should start classes later.
7. Should teenagers save money? → Yes, I think teenagers should save some money.
8. Should students join clubs? → I think students should join school clubs.
9. Should people use reusable bags? → Yes, I think people should use reusable bags.
10. Should schools offer more volunteer activities? → I think schools should offer more volunteer activities.
11. 「In today’s society…」で始める必要は？ → ない。
12. 「There are many opinions…」で始める必要は？ → ない。
13. 意見を最初に言うメリットは？ → 論旨が明確になる。
14. 最初の一文に理由を二つ詰め込むべき？ → 必須ではない。
15. Yes/Noだけで止めてよい？ → その後に理由を続ける。
16. I think so. だけで安全？ → 設問の内容によっては何を指すか曖昧なので、具体的に書く。
17. I agree. はどんな設問で使いやすい？ → 賛否が明示された主張に応答するとき。
18. I disagree. の後は？ → 理由を続ける。
19. 冒頭に個人的経験を必ず書く？ → 不要。
20. 冒頭の文法で最優先は？ → 主語と動詞の一致。
21. shouldの後ろは？ → 動詞の原形。
22. teenagersを単数で受ける？ → 複数動詞を使う。
23. schoolsをitで受ける？ → 複数ならthey。
24. 自分の意見だから過去形にする？ → 一般的な主張なら現在形が基本。
25. 最初の文が長すぎると？ → 文法ミスが増えやすい。
26. 理由を先に書いて最後に結論でもよい？ → 可能だが、短時間では結論先行が安定しやすい。
27. 「I think that …」と「I think …」は？ → どちらも使える。
28. 冒頭でbecauseを使う必要は？ → ない。理由は次の文で明確にできる。
29. 結論を一文で言える？ → まず一文で言える形を作る。
30. 最後の確認は？ → 設問の主語・時制・Yes/Noの向きが一致しているか。

模範6題｜冒頭から組み立てる
