NEW TREASURE Stage2の比較表現は、比較級・最上級・同等比較を別々に暗記するより、「何と何を比べるか」と「than・the・asのどれを使うか」を先に確認すると安定します。
3つの基本形
- A is taller than B.

- 最上級で「〜の中で」は？ → the＋最上級＋in/ofなど。
- 同等比較は？ → as＋形容詞/副詞＋as。
- shortの比較級は？ → shorter。
- easyの比較級は？ → easier。
- bigの比較級は？ → bigger。
- usefulの比較級は？ → more useful。
- beautifulの最上級は？ → most beautiful。
- goodの比較級は？ → better。
- goodの最上級は？ → best。
- badの比較級は？ → worse。

- 「than」を「as」にするだけで同じ？ → いいえ。
- 最上級にtheが必要？ → 基本的に必要。

- not as … asは？ → 〜ほど…ではない。
- 比較級を使うとき、何を比べる？ → 2つの対象。
- 最上級は？ → 3つ以上の中で最も〜など。
- 「the tallest of the three」は？ → 3人の中で最も背が高い。
- 「taller than any other student」は？ → 他のどの生徒よりも高い。
- 「as tall as」は？ → 同じくらい背が高い。
- 比較表現で最初に決めるものは？ → 比較の種類。
- 次に？ → 比較対象。
- 最後に？ → 語形・the・than/as。
- 書き換えでは意味を変えない？ → はい。
- 最終確認は？ → 文全体の意味。

- 1日目：比較級。
- 2日目：最上級。
