|---|---|
| not all | 全てではない |

A school asked thirty volunteers which format they preferred for English reading. Twenty students selected electronic books, while ten preferred printed books. A student newspaper first reported that all participants wanted digital materials, but the editor corrected the statement after checking the answers. The school was considering offering more electronic titles, but it did not plan to remove every printed book. Staff also noted that these thirty volunteers did not represent all students. The survey showed that digital materials appealed to many respondents, not that every learner had the same preference.

A library tested longer opening hours for one study room on two Thursdays. The rest of the building continued to close at the ordinary time. Some visitors were pleased that they could study later, but others could not use the trial because their classes finished on different days. A notice explained that not all library rooms were open late and that the special hours were not offered every weekday. Managers planned to review staffing costs and demand before deciding whether to expand the program. The library had not announced a permanent extension for the whole building.

A science club wanted to lend electronic sensors for student experiments. Four sensors had passed the safety check and could be borrowed after registration. Two other sensors were still being inspected, so students could not use them yet. The club announced that not all devices were currently available. This did not mean that none of the equipment could be borrowed or that the two devices had been permanently rejected. The teacher asked students to check the approved device list before booking. A final decision about the remaining sensors would be made after the inspection was complete.

- The pending devices had not been permanently rejected.

A town introduced a second walking route from the station to a community center. On clear days, some visitors reached the center sooner by using the new route. However, the path included a narrow section that became difficult to use during heavy rain. Staff therefore explained that the alternative was not always faster for every visitor. Some families with strollers also preferred the older route because it avoided steps. The town kept both paths available when conditions were safe and advised visitors to choose according to weather and accessibility needs. It had not declared either route the best option in all situations.

- The new route was faster for some visitors in clear weather.
- Heavy rain and accessibility needs can favor the old route.
- Neither route was declared best in every situation.
- It can be faster in clear conditions but not always for every visitor.
A new walking route saved time for some visitors in clear weather, but rain and accessibility needs could make the older path preferable. Neither route was best in every situation.
Not all students preferred digital books.
