英検準2級プラスのListeningで道案内を間違える場合は、next to（隣）、across from（向かい）、past（通り過ぎる）、between（間）を一つずつ区別しましょう。慶英会が作成した学校・駅・公共施設の独自8会話24問で、移動方向と現在の目的地を確認します。

対象は準2級プラスの会話内容一致が苦手な中高生です。登場する建物や経路は架空です。本ページには音声ファイルがありません。まず台本を隠し、講師・家族または端末の読み上げで一度聞き、全訳・根拠で確認してください。

24問の解き方

  1. 設問で尋ねられているのが階・方向・目印・最終目的地のどれか確認する。
  2. 会話を一度聞き、現在の目的地と変更前の場所を区別する。
  3. 4択から選び、正解根拠となる前置詞・目印を探す。
  4. 同じ会話を図や矢印で再現して、翌日もう一度聞く。

誤答の主な原因

目的地が変更されたのに古い部屋を答える、pastを「手前」と誤読する、across fromを「隣」と混同する、階を確認せずドア番号だけ選ぶ、という失点を分けて復習します。地図を想像しながら口頭で道順を説明しましょう。

FAQ

Q. across fromとnext toの違いは？

across fromは道路・通路などを挟んだ向かい、next toは隣です。本文にある目印との位置関係を確かめます。

Q. 文字だけでListeningを鍛えられますか？

意味理解はできますが、音を一度で認識する練習は別に必要です。英検協会の公式音源を併用してください。
